Attention All COF Staff:

To be compliant with cybersecurity audits and regulations, as of Monday, 5/5/2025, the IT Department is increasing the minimum password length to 16 characters. Your current password must be changed by June 1, 2025. The benefit of this change means passwords do not need to be changed for one year.

These are the supported and required password attributes:

• minimum 16 characters
• must contain at least three of the following four categories:
• English uppercase characters (A through Z)
• English lowercase characters (a through z)
• Based on 10 digits (0 through 9)
• Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, %)

 Passwords May Not:

• Contain your username or parts of your full name
• Contain repeating/simple digits like 1234 or 0000
• Use the most common passwords
• Be the same as any previous passwords
