Fairfield Fast Forward (FFF) is the City of Fairfield's ERP, Enterprise Resource Planning system.

FFF has replaced current financial and human resources systems, transforming the way the City of Fairfield operates, enabling collaborative teamwork, increasing automation, creating efficiencies, streamlining processes, and improving employee engagement.

This will allow staff to be unburdened from their everyday tasks to focus on customer service to residents.

HOW WILL THIS IMPACT MY DAILY WORK?

Listed below are selected vendors and functions for departments:

• Financials - Accounts Payable and Receivable, Expense Management (IMPAC Visa), Cash Collection Purchasing, Budgets, Grants
• HCM (Human Capital Management) - Most impact to HR / personnel records: Employee Self-Service and Timesheets for all employees 
• ExecuTime Advanced Scheduling, to be used primarily by Police Department, Parks & Recreation, and Water Treatment
• EnerGov - Land & Building Permitting that mostly impacts Building Services and Planning, replaces current permitting system - TRAKIT, Business License functions, code enforcement, and Fire Inspection.
