| Report Name | Details |
| All Departments - Hours Worked in Calendar Year | Generates summary of total hours worked by every department by year. |
| Alliant Census Report |
Generates census information including benefits and life insurance elections for Alliant's annual data collection. The "Terminated After" parameter is used to include only terminations that happened after a specified date. The "Benefit Deduction End Date" parameter is used to include only benefit deductions for a specific calendar year. |
| Concern EAP Report | Generates a list of all full-time Miscellaneous and Safety employees with total counts. The "Include After" parameter is used to include employees who were active after a specified date. |
| Employee Count on Selected Date | Generates number of employees by bargaining unit on a specified date. Includes a separate count for full-time, part-time, and elected employees. |
| Employment and Wage Verification | Generates YTD wage information for a single employee and year. Wage information is grouped into Base, Overtime, and Other. Primarily intended for reporting wages on verifications of employment. |
| OEWS Report | Generates occupation and wage information for the Bureau of Labor Statistics' triennial labor market data collection. Annual salaries are not reported for any part-time employees, including councilmembers, retired annuitants, and commissioners. |

Generates hours worked detail by warrant and pay type for a 12-month lookback period for a single employee. Primarily intended for determining FMLA/CFRA eligibility. |
