Our employee assistance program (EAP) is a work-based intervention program designed to assist employees in resolving personal problems that may be adversely affecting their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Concern offers a wide array of services by understanding your unique needs and offering appropriate assistance or referrals. Concern's services are paid for by the City and are of no cost to eligible members.
